The decision by the DNC Rules & Bylaws Committee to relegate New Hampshire on its presidential primary calendar again, taking away its first-in-the-nation status, is apparently not going to scare off potential 2028 Democratic presidential contenders, according to state party Chairman Ray Buckley.
