Raina Amell & Delilah Hawke are canonically cousins, their mothers are both from the Amell noble line. When Raina's magic manifested she was taken from Kirkwall to the circle in Ferelden. Hawke lived the life of an apostate & was forced to leave Ferelden because of the blight.
