"Blue" Was a Good Sculpture outside the Kennedy Center. Trump dismantled it. Blue will carry that obdurate spirit with it—down the National Mall to the National Gallery of Art. David Rubenstein just bought it from sculptor Joel Shapiro’s foundation.
