been trying to break up the dullness and monotony with some home exercise. just doing some lifts with a hand weight every so often, and as of recent, sit-ups. it's not much, and i don't expect to get "fit" by any stretch of the word, but i like to think it's way better than just rotting in bed 👍🏼
