I was watching Jeopardy (Friday's episode), and one of the answers was the word sagacity. It refers to someone wise who considers the facts before acting. They're known for making good decisions.

It's also oddly close to SEGA City. Why was this not an early-'90s SEGA commercial? It's right there!
