This could be a warning sign of sleep apnea (OSA): long-term habitual mouth breathing is prone to snoring. If the airway repeatedly collapses and becomes blocked, it is clinically known as sleep apnea, which is also a common precursor to serious illness that causes nightmares in adults and children.

🇫🇮 NF 1992 (the precursor to today’s UMK) - Kikka was basically the Erika Vikman of the 80s/90s and this song was her major hit after the show. Sadly, she passed away in 2005, but Erika is honouring her constantly and also did Kateus, the theme song for the Kikka biopic.
