The Crown Estate is an anachronism which has no place in Scotland, a country in which the People are Sovereign in compliance with the Claim of Rights. The so-called “Crown” is in every sense usurping the property of the People.

I understand why leftists might repeat this, aware of the problematic nature of the “Western cannon” and tired of the biases, but the Greeks and Romans weren’t white. Accepting that anachronism is to accept the historical back projections of modern colonialism and racist ideology.
